Dan Salzman

Board Member

Chief Marketing Officer at Vizient Inc.

Dan Salzman is Chief Marketing Officer at Vizient, the nation’s largest member-owned healthcare performance improvement company. He leads Vizient’s enterprise go-to-market and communications strategy, with a focus on strengthening the brand, elevating executive and thought leadership, and translating insight-led demand into measurable growth. Dan is focused on modernizing how Vizient shows up in the market – bringing greater clarity, stronger alignment across business units, and a disciplined, data-driven approach in support of Vizient’s long-term strategy.

Dan is a highly accomplished, business-oriented marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling world-class B2B and B2C marketing organizations for global Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Vizient, he held senior leadership roles at HP Inc., including Senior Vice President and Business Unit CMO for HP’s $4.5B Workforce Solutions business, where he led the transformation from a product-centric model to a services- and solutions-led growth engine. Earlier at HP, Dan built and led a 300-person global marketing services organization spanning media, data science, insights, and market intelligence, delivering significant gains in efficiency, speed to market, and ROI.

Before HP, Dan spent more than a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where he served as Global Vice President of Strategic Insights and played a key role in integrating consumer insights, analytics, and marketing effectiveness across the enterprise. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for grounding strategy in deep customer insight, driving cross-functional alignment, and holding marketing accountable for growth outcomes.

Dan holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from Lehigh University and a BS in Experimental Psychology from Liberty University.

Moses Lueth MS, CRC

Board Member

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Federal Agency

Moses Lueth MS, CRC, is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor serving within the federal sector, where he supports clients in returning to meaningful employment. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, he holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University. His earlier career includes service with the California Department of Rehabilitation — including the Blind Field Services Division — and academic support work with students with disabilities at SDSU. Moses brings deep familiarity with both direct client services and the inner workings of state and federal rehabilitation systems, and he is currently pursuing doctoral study toward licensure as a clinical or counseling psychologist.

John Filley

Board Member

M.S. Rehabilitation Counseling, Disability Services Consultant

John Filley brings decades of experience in disability services, workforce development, program leadership, and systems change. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for expanding employment opportunities, community inclusion, and equitable access to services for individuals with disabilities.

John has served in leadership and consulting roles focused on disability employment, vocational rehabilitation, and workforce development initiatives. He is currently affiliated with the Interwork Institute at San Diego State University as a Special Consultant, where he continues to support programs that promote inclusive employment and community engagement. 

His extensive knowledge of disability services, program development, public-private partnerships, and advocacy will be an invaluable asset to Vantage Point as the organization continues to expand its impact across California. John’s commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities aligns closely with Vantage Point’s mission of helping people achieve meaningful and competitive employment while fostering greater awareness and inclusion throughout the workforce.

Tim Lambesis

Board Member

Musician and Advocate

Best known as the founder and lead vocalist of the internationally recognized metal band As I Lay Dying, Tim brings a powerful personal perspective to the work of workforce reentry and second-chance employment. Having navigated his own journey, Tim understands firsthand the barriers individuals face when rebuilding their lives and the transformative impact of meaningful work.

Additionally, Tim has extensively studied and mentored individuals in the field of Social Work, driven by a deep passion for supporting people facing barriers. He is committed to breaking down stigma, amplifying the voices of those too often overlooked, and championing the belief that everyone deserves a path forward.

Tim lends his platform and lived experience to help connect justice-involved individuals and those in recovery with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
