Dan Salzman is Chief Marketing Officer at Vizient, the nation’s largest member-owned healthcare performance improvement company.
Dan is a highly accomplished, business-oriented marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling world-class B2B and B2C marketing organizations for global Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Vizient, he held senior leadership roles at HP Inc., including Senior Vice President and Business Unit CMO for HP’s $4.5B Workforce Solutions business, where he led the transformation from a product-centric model to a services- and solutions-led growth engine.
Before HP, Dan spent more than a decade at Johnson & Johnson, where he served as Global Vice President of Strategic Insights and played a key role in integrating consumer insights, analytics, and marketing effectiveness across the enterprise. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for grounding strategy in deep customer insight, driving cross-functional alignment, and holding marketing accountable for growth outcomes.
Dan holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from Lehigh University and a BS in Experimental Psychology from Liberty University.

Saskia is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial due diligence, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). She spent seven years advising clients on complex M&A transactions at Houlihan Lokey and KPMG before joining Kendra Scott, where she currently serves as Senior Manager of Retail Finance Operations. Saskia is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance from Texas A&M University. She brings a strategic, analytical perspective and a passion for supporting organizations through sound financial stewardship.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Federal Agency
Moses Lueth MS, CRC, is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor serving within the federal sector, where he supports clients in returning to meaningful employment. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, he holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University. His earlier career includes service with the California Department of Rehabilitation — including the Blind Field Services Division — and academic support work with students with disabilities at SDSU. Moses brings deep familiarity with both direct client services and the inner workings of state and federal rehabilitation systems, and he is currently pursuing doctoral study toward licensure as a clinical or counseling psychologist.

Best known as the founder and lead vocalist of the internationally recognized metal band As I Lay Dying, Tim brings a powerful personal perspective to the work of workforce reentry and second-chance employment. Having navigated his own journey, Tim understands firsthand the barriers individuals face when rebuilding their lives and the transformative impact of meaningful work.
Additionally, Tim has extensively studied and mentored individuals in the field of Social Work, driven by a deep passion for supporting people facing barriers. He is committed to breaking down stigma, amplifying the voices of those too often overlooked, and championing the belief that everyone deserves a path forward.
Tim lends his platform and lived experience to help connect justice-involved individuals and those in recovery with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
