We are not a staffing or recruiting agency. We are a community-based partner focused on long-term employment success for individuals with disabilities. Our partnerships are centered on inclusion, support, and collaboration—not transactions. There are no fees involved.


No, partnering with Vantage Point is completely free. We are funded through state programs and grants, which allows us to offer our services at no cost to your business.


We offer a wide range of support, including:

  • Pre-screened candidates matched to your job needs
  • Onboarding and retention support
  • On-site job coaching (if needed)
  • Workplace accommodation assistance
  • Ongoing communication with our team to ensure success for both you and the employee


We help identify appropriate accommodations and we fully cover the cost through our programs. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for assistive tech or workplace modifications when hiring a client through Vantage Point.
