Vantage Point Inc. exists to spark social change by increasing the integration of people with disabilities into meaningful employment opportunities within the community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a vendor of the Department of Rehabilitation of the State of California, we offer highly specialized employment services. Our goal is to connect individuals with disabilities—who have tremendous potential, skills, and drive—with employers who recognize their value. Through our comprehensive training and partnership with renowned speaker and author Denise Bissonette, we provide job-seeking skills and paid employment opportunities.
We envision a world where individuals with disabilities are fully integrated into the workforce, contributing their unique strengths and talents in roles that align with their goals and interests. Our Time to Shine Program, powered by a web-based app, helps clients discover their passions and chart a course toward their dream careers. Through strong relationships with local companies, both large and small, we open doors to opportunities that may not have been accessible otherwise.
At Vantage Point Inc., we prioritize a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand each individual's background, strengths, and aspirations. This allows us to guide them toward careers that align with their passions and talents. We are committed to sustainable skill development through our Time to Shine Program, ensuring clients retain the skills they need for lifelong success. Our strong community ties with businesses like 24 Hour Fitness, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Starbucks, and others help create meaningful employment opportunities. Above all, we empower our clients to gain independence, purpose, and inclusion through employment that supports them in contributing to their communities.
Our services are specialized and tailored to meet our clients where they are; whether they have no idea what they want to do, are ready to create a resume, or want to learn the best job retention practices.
