Michele attended University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelors in Integrated Applied Social Science & a Masters in Social Work. Michele has successfully placed over 300+ people with disabilities into meaningful, custom jobs in the community. She founded this company using her years of experience and deep empathy and passion for empowering those with disabilities.

Luke comes to Vantage Point with over 20 years experience in the Finance industry. He has a Bachelors Degree from USC. His role is strategizing, forecasting, business development, and assisting to automate and streamline processes to ensure effective business operations.
Programs Manager and Job Developer
Mr. Simon comes to Vantage Point Inc. with 15 years of experience in Job Development and Social Services. He studied at University of Las Vegas with a focus on Communications. Eric has strong relationships with local businesses, big and small, in San Diego and North County.

Brandon is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. Brandon is an established marketing and public relations specialist.
Job Developer
Cathy Souza is a Job Developer for Vantage Point. She brings over 10 years of experience working in Social Work including at TERI inc and the San Diego Regional Center. She has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from CSUSM. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Job Developer
Bianca received her B.A in Education and Visual Arts from Bowdoin College. She has been working with clients at Vantage Point since its founding in 2020. Bianca has a history of volunteering in education-focused nonprofits and teaching in diverse classrooms.

Grant Writer and Program Developer
Melanie Dior is a driven individual who earned her B.S.from CSUSM with an emphasis in Health Science. Continued post-graduate work at UC San Diego, where she further developed her skills and knowledge in the nonprofit field. Melanie has a deep passion for philanthropy and enjoys using her talents to help others. With her strong educational background and commitment to giving back, she is poised to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.
Administrative Assistant
I graduated from CSUSM with a bachelor's degree in psychology and I am bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. My role is to assist with administrative tasks. I have had a lot of experience with programs such as Vantage Point and the Department of Rehabilitation and I am very excited to be able to help others in the way that Vantage Point has helped me.
Intake and Client Coordinator
Jalisha graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business. She is here to listen, answer any questions, and ensure the intake process is completed with as much ease as possible. She is extremely personable, has great customer service skills, and takes pride in assisting whomever with their needs. She is the first point of contact advocating for your success at Vantage Point.
