Michele Jodock, Founder/Chief Executive Officer and Job Developer. Michele is a seasoned Job Developer and recent recipient of the Vendor of the Year from Department of Rehabilitation. Ms. Jodock has an extensive background in non-profit vocational support. Michele has attended University of Washington with a focus on Integrated Applied Social Sciences & Business. Michele has successfully placed hundreds people with disabilities into meaningful, custom jobs in the community. Some of these placements include ViaSat, Qualcomm, SDG&E, Starbucks, Dept. of Navy, and many other businesses. She has built lasting relationships with integral members of the community, including the Department of Rehabilitation and San Diego Regional Center.
Byron Husted, Attorney at Law is a Board Member for Vantage Point Inc. He brings 10 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney in San Diego. Upon graduating from Brigham Young University in Corporate Finance and Business Management, Mr. Husted attended the University of Nebraska College of Law. He strongly believes in Vantage Point Inc’s mission and generously donates his time and legal experience to assist the organization with their goals.
Stacy Davis Priego, Board Member. Ms. Priego brings with her 20 years of experience working in both administrative roles advocating for students with disabilities and in teaching roles along-side students with disabilities. Ms. Priego began her career in education in 2001 as a counselor for a residential treatment facility for the nonprofit Seneca Center. While teaching at Seneca, Ms. Priego earned a Special Education credential and a master’s degree in Special Education from Sacramento State University. In 2015 Stacy took the role of Program Specialist for Alcanes Union High School District. Vantage Point looks forward to the strong experience, education and business relationships Ms. Priego will bring to all our services and programs serving San Diego county. She is excited to make an impact and grow our non-profit into new territories.
Dr. Stefan Riedl, Board Member. Dr. Riedl brings an impressive background and unique perspective regarding the importance of individuals finding fulfilling careers. Stefan has a Ph.D. in Chemistry & 15+ years experience as a Scientist and Professor. Dr. Riedl has successfully led teams of Researchers at well known Life Science organizations. He also spent time as a Researcher at Princeton University. Dr. Riedl will be a key contributor to our program goals and curriculums, especially for adults that have experienced major medical issues that are seeking purpose again after successful rehabilitation.
